A little packaging guidance
Coffee packaging needs a freshness plan
Whole-bean or ground coffee? Define the roast, packing timing and storage needs before choosing the film and opening features.
Describe the roast and packing process
Define roast, packing timing, storage, fill amount and the protection the product needs. Confirm the exact material and process against those requirements.
Test the detail that can change the choice
Coffee releases gas after roasting. If the project requires a degassing valve or another feature outside the current configurator, ask for a technical review. A valve is not a selectable, verified standard feature in the current range.
Make room for the information
Plan readable product and lot information, opening instructions and any required label content. Keep the seal area clear and test the real fill and closing process.
Choose finished pouches or rollstock
Use finished stand-up or lay-flat pouches when you need packages ready for filling. Use printed rollstock when your packing line forms the package. The standard configurators show documented options; suitability and performance for your particular product still need confirmation.
