A little packaging guidance

Good questions before a great package

Here are the decisions that commonly need a second look before a packaging project is ready.

What packaging can I order?

Choose custom printed stand-up pouches, lay-flat pouches, printed rollstock, and sheet or roll labels. For cartons, rigid boxes and other packaging formats, send a project brief so we can review your requirements and discuss the next steps.

What does the price include?

The configurator shows the packaging price for your selected setup and production quantity in USD. Shipping and tax are separate. Production options are requested selections, not arrival dates. Unusual technical requirements need review.

Can I add a product window?

A window requires clear film and artwork that identifies the transparent area. Confirm the white-ink setup. Window, material and other feature choices are linked in the configurator to prevent incompatible combinations.

Will the pouch hold my fill weight?

Exterior measurements don’t establish a fill capacity for every product. Check the actual product, headspace, closure and sealing area with a representative filling trial.

Can I order several artwork versions?

For pouches, combine up to 20 artwork designs with the same pouch specifications. Give each design its own quantity and print-ready PDF; the combined limit is 10,000 pouches.

Is a digital preview a production proof?

No. The on-screen illustration shows the selected features using fictional artwork. Your exact dieline and artwork need their own review; product fit and packing trials remain separate checks.

Can you confirm a certification or shelf-life claim?

Ask about the exact requirement and intended use. Appearance labels and general material descriptions cannot substantiate those claims. Documentation and testing must match the proposed material and finished package.
