Custom printed stand-up pouches

Put your brand on a custom printed pouch designed with a bottom gusset. Choose the size and details around your product, then give the artwork room to make an impression.

Start with the filled package

Pick a standard size, then check product clearance, headspace and the area needed for the final seal. Width, height and gusset describe the exterior dimensions; they don’t guarantee a particular weight capacity.

Make the print and the details work together

Choose white, clear or metallized film and a gloss or matte finish. A clear window can show part of the product while the surrounding print carries your brand. Plan its position with the dieline and white-ink artwork requirements.

Add a zipper when customers need to close the pouch again. Add a display hole only when the retail setup calls for it. Round and Euro styles are supplier-listed options, with size restrictions that need to be checked.

Design on the correct dieline

Keep the front, back and gusset artwork oriented to the selected size. Check where the folds, opening features and safe areas sit before placing text or a barcode. Review the filled pouch as well as the print file.
