Custom printed lay-flat pouches

Carry your brand on a custom printed pouch without a stand-up base. Choose lay-flat when the filled pack will hang, lie flat or sit inside another package, then make the print distinctly yours.

Choose the size around the product

Start with a standard width and height. Check the filled thickness, opening clearance and sealing area using the product you plan to pack. Exterior dimensions alone don’t establish the usable space.

Decide how it will be opened and displayed

Add a zipper when customers need to close the pouch again; omit it when they don’t. A retail hook may call for a hang hole; the hole style must work with the selected size.

Let the print do some of the talking

Use the front to make the product and brand easy to identify. Reserve enough room for the information your customer needs on the back. Compare white, clear and metallized film with gloss or matte. A window requires clear film and the appropriate artwork preparation.

Check it in the setting where it will be used

Fill and seal a representative pouch, then try it in the intended handling and display conditions. For a specific protection or contact requirement, share the product details before choosing the film.
