Choose your pouch format

Stand-up pouches

A bottom gusset gives the pouch room to open into a base. Choose this format when standing the filled package is part of your shelf presentation. Test it with your actual fill before committing to the size.

Lay-flat pouches

Choose a flat format when you don’t need the package to stand on its own. Check the filled profile for its hook, flat display or outer package.

Choose the details that earn their place

Compare white, clear and metallized film, with gloss or matte finishes. A window needs clear film and artwork prepared to leave the intended area transparent. Add a zipper when the customer needs to reclose the pouch. Choose a hang hole when retail display requires one; Euro-hole availability depends on size.

A great fit starts with the actual product

Listed dimensions describe the exterior of the pouch. Product shape, fill volume, headspace and the sealing area determine whether it will work for your pack. Try the actual product in a physical pouch before settling on a size.
