A little packaging guidance
Let’s get your packaging off the drawing board
Bring your product, brand and packing plan. We’ll work through the package, fit and artwork together.
1. Choose the package around the packing process
Use finished pouches when you need a package ready for filling. Use rollstock when your equipment forms the pack from film. For folding cartons, rigid boxes and other packaging formats, start with a project brief so we can review your requirements.
2. Confirm the fit and technical requirements
Record the product dimensions or fill requirements, the selling environment and the protection the pack needs. Pouches need a physical fit check. Rollstock needs an equipment specification and an agreed artwork orientation.
3. Choose the options that serve the product
Work through the material appearance and finish, then opening and display features where applicable. Ask about any requirement the standard options don’t cover before choosing your configuration.
4. Prepare the artwork for that exact setup
Use the matching dieline. Check the safe areas, folds, windows and code placement. Make the final file match the agreed package specification.
5. Review before committing to production
Check the artwork content and the packaging specification together. A digital file review does not replace physical fit, packing trials or product compatibility checks.
