Make every finished pack part of the same brand story. Custom printed rollstock carries your artwork into the bags and sachets your packing line produces.
Your artwork has a direction. So does your packing line. Bring your brand to printed film with the width, repeat and unwind orientation your equipment requires.
Start with the line. Then build the print.
Confirm roll width, artwork repeat and the edge that needs to lead as the film unwinds. Include registration marks and unprinted areas in the layout requirements. If you use a co-packer, ask them to confirm the specification before choosing settings.
Keep direction and dimensions explicit
Width runs across the film. Repeat describes the repeating artwork along the machine direction. A design that looks correct on a flat screen can still be oriented incorrectly for the packing line. Check the unwind direction against the equipment drawing.
Choose the film for the process
Supplier-listed rollstock choices include thick and medium white, clear or metallized films, plus thin clear or metallized film, with gloss or matte finishes. Match the exact construction to the equipment and product requirements before treating appearance as the deciding factor.
Prepare for a line trial
Save the agreed dimensions and orientation with the artwork. Confirm the machine setup, then trial representative filled and sealed packs. Selecting a film does not establish machine performance.
