A little packaging guidance

Supplement packaging starts with a clear specification

Powder, capsules or another dose format? Plan the fill, customer access and reviewed label together before choosing the package.

Describe the dose and how it is used

Record the dose format, fill quantity, moisture sensitivity and how the customer will store and use it. Confirm exact film and seal requirements rather than choosing protection from the artwork alone.

Test the detail that can change the choice

A wide pouch opening may help scoop access, but the filled package still needs a closure and packing trial. Check whether the design leaves enough readable space for the full label.

Make room for the information

Supplement Facts, identity, net quantity and other required statements need product-specific review. Packaging design does not establish that a claim is permitted.

Choose finished pouches or rollstock

Use finished stand-up or lay-flat pouches when you need packages ready for filling. Use printed rollstock when your packing line forms the package. The standard configurators show documented options; suitability and performance for your particular product still need confirmation.
